Bangkok Heat

Ingredients


2 oz. Kai Lemongrass Ginger Soju
1 thin Thai chili slice
3 Thai basil sprigs
½ oz. passion fruit puree
¾ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 oz. coconut water

Preparation


Muddle basil and chili with lime and simple syrup. Add coconut water, puree and shochu with ice. Shake and strain over ice into highball glass. Garnish with basil sprig and red Thai chili.
