Ocean Breeze


2 oz. Kai Lemongrass Ginger Soju
½ oz. Blue Curacao drizzle
1 oz. sweet and sour
1 oz. coconut water
Splash of pineapple juice
1 lime wedge


Squeeze lime wedge and drop into glass. Add coconut water, sour and shochu with ice. Shake and strain over ice into highball glass. Drizzle blue curacao into the bottom. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
