Drappier Champagne - Rosé

The Val des Demoiselles is a small plot planted with Pinot Noir. The traditional "saignée" method of vinification is used to obtain an intense bouquet and a subtle perfume of red fruits. The rich colour is shown off by a clear glass bottle.
